Terms:

Auction is not contingent upon obtaining financing. 10% as earnest money and signing of contract following auction. Closing and possession on or before March  31, 2012. Title insurance and closing costs will be split equally between the Seller and Buyer.  Renter shall be reimbursed ($ 20,638.15) by the Buyer for fall tillage, fertilizer and application.
